About the BSD Board

Typically meets the first Thursday of each month, 8:30 a.m.

The Birmingham Shopping District (BSD) Board provides leadership and oversees the expenditure of funds for the principal shopping district programs and initiatives that support its mission to plan, promote and support a vibrant Downtown Birmingham experience for the community and visitors by engaging and leading a convergence of thriving businesses, property owners and residents.
